Returns Policy: Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the any Book or published Report to AeroMarine Research, for any reason, for a full refund.  Software that is damaged or defective or does not operate properly will be replaced

Please note the following conditions:

• Returned Books or Reports must be in its original condition to receive a refund.  .
• Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from AeroMarine Research, and not from other sellers of our products.

Exceptions:

• books. We are currently unable to accept returns of books.
• Software: We are currently unable to accept returns of software products, unless the software is damaged or doesn’t function properly.
• We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or are in unsellable condition will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.  We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.

Return Process:

• Obtain authorization for Return from Sales@aeromairneresearch.com or from Sales Dept. (519-622-5468)
• Upon receipt of the return we will credit back the product purchase price in the form that the original payment was made. Credit cards will be credited back to the same card. Paid Purchase Orders will be issued a refund check. Purchase Orders for which AeroMarine Research has not yet received payment will be cancelled. 
• Software replacements will be shipped only after receiving the returned software original CD, manual and registration information.
• Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
